If you realize that your order isn't quite what you expected, you are welcome to exchange it for other item(s) from Dragonfly Designs Studio. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within the first 7 days of receiving it.  

I will accept exchanges if items are returned to me in the original condition, wrapped and shipped in the same way it came to you, within 30 days of receipt. Please let me know which item(s) you would like in exchange so I can put it on hold for you.

I do not accept returns or exchanges on special orders or items purchased in person.  

If the item was a gift from another person, please let me know who the original purchaser was.

I do what I can to make jewelry that is durable for normal wear. If an item has failed in craftsmanship within one year of purchase, I will repair the item free of charge.

Please contact me before returning the item and include your name, phone number, and a description of the item & damage incurred.

I may have used unique components that I may not be able to replace, but I will substitute as best as I can.

If I am unable to repair the item, you may exchange it for another item. I am not responsible for items lost, stolen, flushed down the toilet, dropped down a drain or on a tile floor, run over by a car, put through the washing machine, damaged due to improper care etc.  

If by chance something is damaged in shipping, I will credit you the cost of return shipping if sent within 7 days of receipt. I cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged in return mail, so please use the same wrapping, and shipping method as was used to get it to you, and consider insuring your package.

Custom Orders

If you would like me to make something specific for you, please contact me and let me know what you'd like.

Non-refundable payment in full is expected at the time you place the order. Custom orders will generally be shipped 2-4 weeks after payment has cleared. Rush service is available, as long as I have all the components requested, for a $25 fee, plus the cost of rush shipping.

If you are ordering jewelry for a special function such as a graduation, or wedding, I recommend ordering at least 4 months before the event. I will not accept returns on custom orders.
